We are looking for an energetic accountant for the BIURO team

We invite to join our small and friendly team of an active accountant, whom we will entrust the entire accounting process in the Estonian branch. With us You will wait :

• Very good communication skills and desire to work with the teams in charge of the company values
• Specialized education and work experience in a similar position for at least two years
• Knowledge and practical use of the current accounting legislation (Estonian Accounting Act, Tax Act, Employment Contracts Act, Commercial Code)
• Fluency in Estonian langugage – orally and in writing (C2)
• English language at good level (B2)
• Russian language at conversational level (B1)
• Free with computer programs (MS Excel at very high level). Analytical and systemic thinking and results-oriented

• Perform the tasks assigned to implement the strategy of the division as part of its activities and responsibilities, and other team leaders tasks
• Daily accounting management and organization of the working process
• Payroll of temporary workers and BIURO administration 
• Timely provision of billing and payment
• Billing and issued to customers, tracking of invoices, communication with debtors
• Close cooperation and daily communication with different departments of the company and partners in accordance with the values of the company
