Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00

What is needed in this role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language proficiency: Estonian, English and Russian at communication level.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service; previous experience in HR or recruitment is a significant plus.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Positive attitude and confidence in communication—both on the phone and in person.

What is waiting for you

  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and cultural fit. Coordinate follow-up interviews with clients.
  • Collaborating with Clients: Work closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Managing Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging recruitment journey by offering timely feedback, setting clear expectations, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
