• Trainings and team events all over the Baltics

• Working hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends are free

• Good communication level of english, estonian and russian (B1/B2)
• Ability to work independently and together as a team
• Positivity, empathy and ability to communicate on the phone and in person
• The desire to learn more and to gain experience in the field of personnel

• To acquire and deepen knowledge in the field of personnel administration
• Daily participation in recruitment processes and cooperation with clients and candidates
• Active daily work with indoor and outdoor bases
